Dubai formally inaugurated the $1.5 billion Atlantis, The Palm Resort. The highlight of the night was a spectacular fireworks display. The guest list included some of the biggest stars in the work including Kylie Minogue (who gave a concert), Robert Di Niro, Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha ronson (who DJ'ed) ... and even Wesley Snipes!
