Embattled Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick pleaded guilty today to charges resulting from a sex scandal and is to resign from office, a prosecutor said. The mayor pleaded guilty to two counts of obstruction of justice. Kilpatrick will go to jail on October 28 and serve 120 days, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said

Spy satellites could soon be able to identify someone from space by looking at their shadow.They would use a computer program that searches for the movement of shadows on the ground, and then identifies their owners from the way they walk.
